    Do you ship wallpaper across Canada?

    Yes! We ship wallpaper anywhere in Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–10 business days depending on your location. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders within greater Toronto region—please see our Shipping Policy for details.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    We do not deliver on public holidays unless it is confirmed via phone or email as per special request.

    Can I order wallpaper samples before purchasing?

    Absolutely. We encourage customers to order samples to experience the true colour, texture, and pattern scale before making a final decision. Samples ship quickly and help ensure the perfect match for your space. However, some digital print selections may not have sample available. Please contact the store to confirm.

    Can wallpaper be used in bathrooms or kitchens?

    Yes, but we recommend vinyl or moisture-resistant wallpapers for humid environments. Grasscloth and natural materials are not ideal for areas with high moisture or steam.
